Our Team
Dr. Alejandro T. Martinez, DC, DNP
I am Dr. Alejandro T. Martinez, DC, DNP. I was born and raised in McAllen, Texas and graduated from McHi. I attended undergrad at The University of Texas at Austin. I attained my first Doctorate in Houston at Texas Chiropractic College in 2004. I am a dedicated loving family man of four children, our first granddaughter, and for my loving supporting wife.
It was my compassion for helping others that drew me toward the profession of chiropractic. I started practicing in McAllen as a chiropractor which led me to open my own practice. As my practice grew, I decided to attain my second Doctorate as a nurse practitioner. Since then, I have been blessed to help my patients both chiropractic and medically. I have also expanded to my practice to treat patients with telemedicine.
I strive to treat every patient as an individual and as if they were a member of my family. I keep up to date and current on the best approach for patient care. I always use the most professional expertise to accurately determine the cause of a patient’s problem and provide a personalized treatment plan. I am dedicated to helping each patient find a healthy and pain-free life that will allow them to focus on the things they love the most.

Dr. Ruth Echavarria-Guel, DC
Dr. Ruth M. Echavarria-Guel was born in McAllen TX and graduated from McAllen High School. She attended University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN and then proceeded to complete her professional degree at Life University Chiropractic School in Marietta, GA. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1998. She has since furthered her education by getting certification in treating sports injury and rehabilitation.
She specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries caused by personal injury and work related injuries. She is also versed in adjusting women through their pregnancy as well as children. She has been practicing for 23 years in the Rio Grande Valley area in conjunction with other colleagues, medical doctors and orthopedic surgeons. Her goals are to give the best possible treatment to her patients and get them back to optimal health. She is very compassionate and provides her patients with the most comprehensive care available.
Jessica Garcia
I am Jessica Garcia Ramirez and received my Physical Therapy Tech/Wound Care Certification in 2007. I have been working in the medical and chiropractic field for 14 years. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Martinez for 12 years. I love coming to work knowing that our office will be helping many patients in need of Medical and Chiropractic care.

I have worked with different specialist in the medical field and have gained much experience. I use my knowledge to benefit the patients. I have a passion to helping patients get back to health.

The continued his studies at San Antonio College Medical and Dental Assistant where he received a certification for billing and coding. He continued to study and has worked as a Physical Therapy Technician for over 4 years. He is very motivated to help his patients get better and on a path to better, pain free health.

My experience in the medical field is not only used in the clinic but also on the softball field with my STX Gladiatrix. Being a medical assistant isn't a job for me it's something I do with passion and take to heart. I enjoy attending patients and going the extra mile for them.

Hello my name is Rogelio Garcia but you can call me Roy, I'm a PPT and WCT. I have been in the medical field for 15 years from Physical therapy, orthopedic surgery, to recently neurosurgery. So I have witness the patient progress countless of time from beginning of treatment, through the final result. The passion for me in the medical field is patient care, showing compassion and an ear to listen to their symptoms and render the best care. While I'm still learning and evolving patient care will always be a priority to me.
